Familiar Faces with Virginia Rep's Dream Girls

As proven in our previous article about RTP's The Boy From OZ, our students, faculty, and alumni keep busy in the Richmond Theatre Community all year round.

A powerhouse-packed show featuring the success of a Motown trio "The Dreams", the cast and crew of Dream Girls will bring you as close to Broadway as you can get.

Chase Kniffen, currently pursuing a BA in Theatre at VCU, is the Associate Artistic Director for VARep and Director of Dream Girls.

Ron Keller, Chair and Professor for TheatreVCU, is the Scenic Designer for this production and others with VARep.

Katrinah Carol Lewis, BFA 2003, and Jerold Solomon, BFA 2001, both grace the stage as Michelle Morris and Curtis Taylor, Jr.

Stephanie Warrington and Margaret York, both currently pursuing BFAs at VCU, are working on this production in Carpentry and Lighting.

Running through August 7th at the November Theatre in Monroe Ward, Dream Girls is "Phenomenal... You'll be sorry if you miss it!" - Richmond Times Dispatch
